I didn't hear people talking about this very often, although everybody has those times when the stress rules one's actions. I was thinking if there are such people who get along with a calm life , all peaceful or at least not having to worry everyday. Being under a lot of stress brings people sickness , loss , or even taking wrong decisons at wrong times.
Some people do better than others when it comes to stress. Others really take it to the point where it kills them while others have learned how to deal or how to manage their emotions. Being under a lot of stess makes people think unclear , taking immediate decisons , taking wrong decisons which they won't be proud of  later. There are millions of cases where regerets came after a stress period that happened.
I wondered if the whole purpose of this life is to have a good position , a wealthy living and then die of whatever sickness hits, from all that stress that the body carries. Is this the right way people should live, I mean, I know that we can't change much the system our world has, but can't we cut some stress from our lives.
The reason that I thought of stress and the crazy lives some people have, is because I've seen with my own eyes a family that was under a lot of stress and how their life was. I wouldn't want that kind of life for me or for anybody elese. I thought it was the worst way to live the life you have, as some people say that there's only one life to live.
I know it't not easy for anybody, and sometimes without wanting ,difficuties make their way into our lives. There is also a time when there should be peace , give this body a time to rest. It won't make anybody happier being wealthy and sick. Anyway , that's just the way I see it.
